Why we charge per connection
The pricing logic, in one paragraph.
Bank feeds and email are accounting essentials — they're in every plan, free. Third-party app connections are different: each one is real engineering and ongoing maintenance, scoped to a specific partner. We charge $10/month per third-party connection so that customers who don't use Shopify or Gusto aren't subsidizing the customers who do. No connection is required. Connect only what your business actually uses.
